The Taxi Pod helped Taxi Stockholm to better reach out to their employees.

Taxi Stockholm

Internal communication for 1,600 work places

The challenge

How do you communicate internally with your employees when they work in their cars and are constantly in motion. Taxi Stockholm has long been working with this question and searching for new ways of reaching out to its drivers.

The solution

Spoon and Taxi Stockholm created The Taxi Pod, an internal podcast that comes out every other month. The Taxi Pod contains studio interviews with drivers and managers at Taxi Stockholm, mixed with stories from drivers’ daily lives. Taxi drivers can listen to the programme on their mobiles when it suits them, with each episode being 20 minutes long.
