Many companies invest in content marketing but many also fail. We can help you formulate a strategy that works!
More and more companies across the world are choosing to use content marketing, but the results in terms of impact can vary significantly. While some are successful, many others fail catastrophically. The crucial difference between success and failure can be the underlying strategy (or lack of one).
In the Content Marketing Institute’s annual survey B2B Content Marketing 2015, it is clear that how a company formulates its content strategy is vital. 83 per cent of companies surveyed claim to have a content strategy, yet only 35 per cent have documented their strategy. This difference is significant.
Of those who have a documented content strategy, 60 per cent believe it is effective. By contrast, only 32 per cent of those who have an undocumented strategy believe it is effective. 62 per cent of the most successful companies say that they follow their documented strategy very closely. From this, one can conclude that successful content marketing requires a good and documented strategy.
